Description As a Platinum Banker for Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and their families. Your primary focus will be on outbound sales, proactively reaching out to potential clients and offering customized financial products and services. You will be the primary point of contact for your assigned clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeded. Responsibilities Build and maintain a robust network of high-value customers through proactive outreach and relationship building. Understand client needs and offer tailored financial solutions, including investment opportunities and wealth management strategies. Stay updated with market trends and industry developments to provide accurate and timely advice to clients. Collaborate with other bank departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and a superior customer experience. Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and converting potential leads into loyal customers. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and financial data, ensuring data privacy and security. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and client relationship status. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the bank and expand your professional network. Stay compliant with all regulatory requirements and bank policies, ensuring ethical practices at all times. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in the banking sector.
