The successful candidate will provide operational finance guidance, drive financial results and business performance, and build trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide business partnership and drive financial results and business performance.</li>\n <li>Execute financial strategies and plans that support the division's growth and sustainability objectives.</li>\n <li>Identify and quantify key strategy drivers for the business and support major business decisions via analysis and structured problem-solving.</li>\n <li>Understanding of the overall business model and drive improvement and optimization across cross-functional groups like estimating, fleet, and business development. </li>\n <li>Ability to proactively coordinate input from subject matter experts to enable business outcomes.</li>\n <li>Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities for specific business units.</li>\n <li>Ability to recognize and respond to needs of all clients across organization, both internal and external.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, external partners, and customers.</li>\n <li>Provide decision support through financial modeling, scenario analysis, alternatives, capital investments, and cost savings.</li>\n <li>Ensure that all financial records and reports comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.</li>\n <li>Lead and develop a high-performing finance team to support the region's growth and success.</li>\n <li>Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and tools.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement revenue growth and cost optimization opportunities.</li>\n <li>Manage financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.</li>\n <li>Ensure that the division's financial performance is accurately reported and communicated to senior leadership and stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Travel to Northern California will be required monthly to meet with internal and external stakeholders</li>\n <li>Driving will or may be required </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA preferred.</li>\n <li>5+ years of financial analysis and managerial experience.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability executing strategic initiatives and drive business performance.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and capital investments.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.</li>\n <li>Strong resile with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve results.</li>\n <li>Experience with JD Edwards or other financial systems and tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>   Key Compentencies:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Drive Vision & Purpose – Presence;
