    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Position Description:</strong></p>\n<p>Nevada Gold Mines is looking for an Underground Electrician to join our Goldstrike&nbsp;Underground Electrical Team.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p>Reporting to the Underground Electrical Supervisor, the Underground Electrician is responsible for the following:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Required to troubleshoot and perform all electrical repairs as required on underground and surface equipment, as well as stationary equipment</li>\n <li>New electrical installations as required</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Two (2) years underground electrical experience&nbsp;<strong>preferred</strong></li>\n <li>High voltage experience&nbsp;<strong>preferred</strong></li>\n <li>Formal electrical training and troubleshooting background<strong>&nbsp;preferred</strong></li>\n <li>Ability to read complex prints and a good understanding of electrical codes&nbsp;<strong>preferred</strong></li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proven track record of being a team player&nbsp;<strong>required</strong></li>\n <li>Exemplary safety performance and attendance record&nbsp;<strong>required</strong></li>\n <li>Ability to accomplish physical labor under all weather conditions&nbsp;<strong>required</strong></li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of this job<strong>&nbsp;required</strong></li>\n <li>The ability to work a rotating schedule of nights and days is an essential function of this role required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What&nbsp;We&nbsp;Can&nbsp;Offer You</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A comprehensive compensation package including bonuses benefits, and stock purchase plans where applicable</li>\n <li>Ability to make a difference and lasting impact</li>\n <li>Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team</li>\n <li>An Opportunity to transform Traditional Mining into the future of Digital Mining</li>\n <li>Opportunities to grow and learn with the industry colleagues are endless</li>\n <li>Access to a variety of career opportunities across Nevada Gold Mine locations</li>\n <li>Nevada Gold Mines is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer</li>\n</ul>",
