The successful candidate will deliver exceptional simulator-based training to pilots, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company standards. This role requires a strong background in simulator instruction, check airman experience, and a preference for candidates with A320 flight experience.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Conduct simulator training sessions for initial, recurrent, and upgrade training on the A320 aircraft.</li><li>Perform check airman duties, including proficiency checks and line checks, as required.</li><li>Develop and update training materials to align with FAA Part 121 requirements and company policies.</li><li>Provide mentorship and feedback to pilots to enhance performance and safety.</li><li>Ensure all training activities comply with FAA regulations and company standards.</li><li>Collaborate with the Manager of Training to improve training programs and procedures.</li><li>Maintain accurate training records and documentation.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Minimum Experience</strong>:<ul type=\"circle\"><li>5,000 hours of airline experience.</li><li>A320 type rating required; A320 flight experience preferred.</li><li>Strong background in simulator instruction.</li><li>Check airman experience required.</li><li>Training Center Evaluator (TCE) or Aircrew Program Designee (APD) certification preferred.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Certifications</strong>:<ul type=\"circle\"><li>FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.</li><li>Ability to hold an FAA 1st Class Medical preferred.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Skills</strong>:<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong knowledge of A320 systems, procedures, and performance.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.</li><li>Proficiency in delivering high-quality training in a simulator setting.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Availability</strong>:<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by training schedules.</li><li>Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Miami, FL area.</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Prior experience as a TCE or APD.</li><li>Extensive A320 flight experience.</li><li>Proven track record of delivering effective simulator-based training.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div>\n",
