Handle guest transactions and ensure smooth and efficient register operations.</p>\n<p><strong>Potential Career Path</strong>   </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Server - Bartender</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Reports to the Restaurant Manager for daily tasks.</li>\n <li>Must greet and acknowledge guest as soon as they enter the restaurant with a warm and welcome manner.</li>\n <li>Maintains sanitation and cleanliness.</li>\n <li>Assists in storing of all deliveries .</li>\n <li>Responsible for stocking all of the condiments, utensils in the beverage area.</li>\n <li>Filing of coffee and teapots.</li>\n <li>Knows front and back of house, storage area and ice room.</li>\n <li>Maintain appearance of patio furniture and the opening and closing of umbrellas.</li>\n <li>Responsible for pulling in signs and shutting down the Food Pavilion.</li>\n <li>Know menu pricing, location of items and specials.</li>\n <li>Know how each product is prepared along with its condiments.</li>\n <li>Know how to operate all line equipment.</li>\n <li>Maintains sanitation and cleanliness at all times.</li>\n <li>Exhibits a \"can do\" attitude and total cooperation.</li>\n <li>Reports safety issues and quality/spoilage issues.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Position Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in a food service environment is strongly preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) required.</li>\n <li>Ability to work flexible schedules; including holidays, weekends, and evenings.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Environment and Context</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Requires standing and moving for extended periods.</li>\n <li>Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 30 lbs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We Believe</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>People Are Our Capability – Hearts That Serve – Only Excellence – Stay Nimble - Own It</p>\n<h2>About Us </h2>\n<p>HHM Hotels is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
