You drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch with clear project plans and seamless execution. You excel at driving clarity in ambiguity, rallying cross-functional partners, and making decisions that balance provider experience, marketplace health, and business growth. Your product instincts are matched by technical depth, you collaborate closely with engineering to design scalable systems and navigate tradeoffs. Above all, you lead with ownership and empathy. You inspire trust, drive accountability, and elevate the people and products around you. Experience: 6+ years in product management with demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to scale. Strategic leadership: Proven ability to define and execute multi-quarter product strategies aligned with company objectives and measured by meaningful outcomes.
