Great for active Military and Family!</li>\n <li>Employee Assistance Programs</li>\n <li>Early access to a portion of your earnings anytime through PNC EarnedIt</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Rate</h2>USD $70,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.\n<h2>Benefits Link</h2>\n<p><strong>Click here for more benefits information</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>or copy this link</strong>: https://go-internal.hcsgcorp.com/l/1036773/2025-07-02/5xbpsq/1036773/17514637576MrQym5A/Employee_Benefits_for_Job_Descriptions__7_.pdf</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>*Not available in AR.</em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manages and supervises the environmental services staff at a single campus according to policies and procedures, and federal/state requirements. </li>\n <li>Provides leadership, support, coordination and guidance to ensure that quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines and customer service expectations are met.</li>\n <li>Consistently embodies the characteristics necessary to drive the Company’s Purpose, Vision, Values, and DNA.</li>\n <li>The Manager is also responsible for coordinating and insuring the satisfactory and timely completion of project and program work done in the building on varying shifts.</li>\n <li>Utilizes protective gear in all appropriate functions.</li>\n <li>Maintains records of income and expenditures, supplies, personnel and equipment.</li>\n <li>Secures and assures that all equipment is maintained and in working order.</li>\n <li>Makes sure facility has sufficient janitorial supplies.</li>\n <li>Takes periodic inventories of supplies and materials, trains new employees, and recommends dismissals. </li>\n <li>Acts as liaison between building occupants or administrators and HCSG staff.</li>\n <li>The Manager must be able to communicate effectively all directives from managers, building occupants and administrators to HCSG staff.</li>\n <li>Is able to perform the job assignments of the day porter, custodian, and floor technician.</li>\n <li>Training, quality control and in-servicing staff is an essential part of the Manager’s responsibility and includes touring building several times per day to assess work quality using QCIs for documentation purposes.</li>\n <li>The Manager is a department head in the school and must conduct themselves and their department in a professional manner.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.</li>\n <li>Two years’ experience in Environmental Services in a school or healthcare environment and personnel supervision is desired.</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills preferred.</li>\n <li>Must be able to fully understand and complete all In-Services.</li>\n <li>Must be able to be at work on time.</li>\n <li>Ability to follow oral and written instructions.</li>\n <li>Ability to understand and place into action basic infection control procedures.</li>\n <li>The ability to handle and mix chemicals safely and properly.</li>\n <li>Ability to work all shifts as needed.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Environmental Services, laundry and floor care program requirements.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of and ability to use all department equipment.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain records and complete reports as required.</li>\n <li>Written and oral communication and teaching skills.</li>\n <li>Skill in using public relations techniques (diffusing situations) to promote the Environmental Services, laundry and floor care program to client and residents.</li>\n <li>Ability to interact positively with residents, client and other personnel and the public.</li>\n <li>Compliance with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies, as required by State, Local, and/or Customers.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods of time.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.</li>\n <li>Must live in service area.
