This position serves as a key liaison between clients, vendors, field personnel, and management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications.</p><p>The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing estimates, generating quotations, coordinating project resources, tracking project progress, and maintaining clear communication with all project stakeholders.</p><p>This is a full-time position based in <strong>Marquette, Michigan.</strong></p><h2>We Offer</h2><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Competitive wages with opportunities for career growth;</li><li>Comprehensive training and development opportunities;</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment;</li><li>Exposure to a variety of electrical construction projects;</li><li>Paid time off and company holidays;</li><li>Company-provided tools and resources necessary for success;</li><li>Participation in company and team events.</li></ul><h2>Compensation</h2><ul><li><strong>$60,000 - $75,000 per year</strong>, based on experience, qualifications, and certifications.</li></ul><h2>Schedule</h2><ul><li>Monday to Friday, standard business hours, with flexibility required based on project and operational needs.</li></ul><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Prepare accurate project estimates, cost analyses, and quotations for electrical construction projects;</li><li>Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to determine labor, material, and equipment requirements;</li><li>Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation with internal teams and external stakeholders;</li><li>Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution;</li><li>Communicate project expectations, updates, and requirements to clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project team members;</li><li>Assist with procurement activities, material tracking, and vendor coordination;</li><li>Maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, and correspondence;</li><li>Support quality control initiatives and ensure project work aligns with contract requirements and company standards;</li><li>Assist with project closeout activities, documentation, and client handover requirements;</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, including OSHA and MIOSHA requirements;</li><li>Utilize estimating and project management software to support project activities;</li><li>Collaborate with management to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies;</li><li>Additional duties as assigned.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>University Degree, College Diploma, or equivalent education in Electrical Trades, Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related field;</li><li>Minimum 2-3 years of estimating, project coordination, or project management experience;</li><li>Previous experience within the electrical or construction industry preferred;</li><li>Experience using Accubid estimating software is considered an asset;</li><li>Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel;</li><li>Ability to learn and utilize project management and database software programs;</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills;</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;</li><li>Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy;</li><li>Valid Driver&#39;s License required;</li><li>Knowledge of OSHA and MIOSHA regulations is considered an asset.</li></ul><p><em>TEAM Group is committed to fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace where all employees are treated fairly and provided with opportunities to succeed.
