Overview We are seeking a high-energy, people-focused professional to lead our recruitment efforts and support vital HR operations. Catholics are leaving the Church at an alarming rate, and disengagement among those who remain is staggeringly high. This is where you come in. We are looking for driven, talented, and dynamic individuals who will work tirelessly to use their talents to inspire people to rediscover the genius of Catholicism. Location This position is located in the Greater Cincinnati Area. Applicants who are not local must be willing to relocate—which is why we offer relocation assistance! What You’ll Do In this role, you will focus on mastering HR fundamentals while playing a pivotal role in: Lead Recruitment & Interviewing: Manage the full interview lifecycle for applicants, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from first contact to hire. University & Event Representation: Serve as our primary representative at roughly 8 university career fairs and external expos annually to drive recruitment. Execute HR Fundamentals: Manage seasonal HR cycles including benefits open enrollment, merit reviews, and payroll approval. Vendor Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and benefit brokers, gradually taking ownership of renewal processes. Onboarding & Culture: Facilitate excellent onboarding for new hires, ensuring the strategic goals of leadership. Professional Growth and Development This role will serve as an "apprenticeship" into HR leadership, providing: A structured path to learn seasonal HR cycles such as recruitment, open enrollment, and merit review processes. Opportunities for professional development to enhance skills like public speaking, strategic thinking, and change management. A supportive environment to build confidence and competence in managing employee relations and organizational change. How Success Will Be Measured Successful execution of key HR processes, such as recruitment, benefits enrollment, and merit reviews. Building and maintaining a strong recruitment pipeline and onboarding exceptional candidates. Demonstrated growth in professional competencies, including public speaking and employee relations. Positive feedback from managers and team members on HR support and partnership.
