    "description": "<p>Providing Optimal Level Customer Service Effectively Drive customer traffic to all service drives by making outbound campaign calls, while also handling inbound inquiries and appointments.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Principal Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span>·         </span>Meet minimum standards of 80 calls and 30 appointments</p>\n<p><span>·         </span>Answer incoming calls promptly and effectively</p>\n<p><span>·         </span>Handle inbound service appointment inquiries efficiently</p>\n<p><span>·         </span>Transfer inbound calls accordingly</p>\n<p><span>·         </span>Effectively manage campaign call lists</p>\n<p><span>·         </span>Produce additional service traffic through outbound calls</p>\n<p><span>·         </span>Understand the schedule of each service drive and set appointments accordingly</p>\n<p><span>·         </span>Maintain follow-up schedule for each campaign</p>\n<p><span>·         </span>Use extreme customer service when assisting customers with call needs</p>\n<p><span>·         </span>Stay up to date on all dealership personnel and phone call transfer processes</p>\n<p><span>·         </span>Professional Communication with customers</p>\n<p><span>·         </span>Job requires a minimum 40 hours per week; 8-hour workday with allotted 1-hour unpaid lunch break</p>\n<p>Reports to: Business Development Manager</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications, Skills, Work Experience Requirements</span></p>\n<p>Understanding of Stuckey Automotive’s Excellent Customer Service</p>\n<p>Honesty, Integrity, Trustworthiness, Kindness</p>\n<p>Driven and Passionate to achieve growth and goals within the BDC</p>\n<p>Excellent Communication skills</p>\n<p>Strong Professional Manners</p>\n<p><br></p>",
