One minute you might be researching international tax implications, the next you’re speaking with major event organisers, and later analysing investment opportunities.</p>\n<p>If you like variety, autonomy, and being thrown into the deep end — you’ll enjoy this. If you need structure and step-by-step instructions, you won’t.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">What You’ll Be Doing</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acting as a<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">force multiplier for the CEO</span> — extending decision-making and execution capacity</li>\n<li>Researching and breaking down complex topics (e.g. international markets, tax systems, new industries)</li>\n<li>Communicating with senior stakeholders (clients, partners, suppliers) with confidence and clarity</li>\n<li>Preparing briefs, recommendations, and action plans — not just summaries</li>\n<li>Identifying opportunities across the business (growth, efficiency, partnerships)</li>\n<li>Supporting key projects from idea through to execution</li>\n<li>Analysing commercial opportunities such as new markets or investments</li>\n<li>Bringing structure to ambiguous problems and driving them forward</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<p>We don’t care if your title was “PA”.</p>\n<p>We care how you think.</p>\n<p>You might come from:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consulting</li>\n<li>A startup or high-growth business</li>\n<li>A business/strategy/operations role</li>\n<li>Or be an exceptional graduate with strong commercial thinking</li>\n</ul>\n<p>What matters:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sharp problem-solving ability</span> — you can break down unfamiliar problems quickly</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Commercial awareness</span> — you understand how businesses make money and make decisions</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Strong communication</span> — you can speak with senior stakeholders and hold your own</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">High ownership</span> — you don’t wait to be told what to do</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Curiosity</span> — you enjoy learning new industries, fast</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Execution bias</span> — you don’t just analyse, you move things forward</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">What This Role Is Not</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>It’s not diary management and booking flights (though you may occasionally handle logistics)</li>\n<li>It’s not a task-only admin role</li>\n<li>It’s not structured or predictable</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Why This Role Exists</span></p>\n<p>The CEO is involved across multiple areas of the business and needs someone who can:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Think independently</li>\n<li>Take ownership of problems</li>\n<li>Operate at a high level across different domains</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Done well, this role becomes a pathway into senior leadership.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">How to Apply</span></p>\n<p>Submit your CV along with a short response (max 1 page) to the following:</p>\n<ol>\n<li>We are considering expanding into Dubai.
