          "text": "<p>DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is seeking a highly motivated Tree Cutting Laborer with a great attitude and strong ethics. This position is responsible for performing the day-to-day job functions that support all field operations.</p><p>Responsibilities:&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Safely climb trees using ropes, saddles, and other climbing equipment.</li><li>Perform tree pruning, trimming, cabling, and removals according to industry standards.</li><li>Operate chainsaws, pole saws, chippers, stump grinders, and other tree care equipment.</li><li>Assist with rigging operations and the controlled lowering of tree limbs and sections.</li><li>Perform ground crew duties including brush cleanup, chipping, and debris removal as needed.</li><li>Conduct daily inspections of climbing gear, tools, and equipment.</li><li>Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.</li><li>Communicate effectively with crew members to ensure safe and efficient job completion.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area, vehicles, and equipment.</li><li>Work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrain.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><u>EDUCATION:</u></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.</li></ul><p><u>EXPERIENCE:</u></p><ul><li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li><li>Prior tree climbing experience required.</li><li>Experience with tree pruning and removals preferred.</li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR) required.</li><li>Ability to travel extensively, including trips lasting 5–6 consecutive weeks at a time.</li><li>Ability to work safely at heights and perform physically demanding outdoor work.</li><li>Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.</li></ul>",
