Primary Roles and Responsibilities
Provide hands-on technical leadership within the eGaming production environment, supporting the manufacturing, assembly, and testing of electronic gaming equipment. Support daily production operations by troubleshooting electrical and electronic issues across gaming hardware, circuit boards, and integrated systems. Serve as a technical resource to production teams, helping diagnose failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. Work closely with engineering, quality, and production leadership to improve product reliability, manufacturability, and production efficiency. Review electrical schematics, diagrams, and documentation to support production builds and issue resolution. Assist with new product introductions (NPI), ensuring designs are manufacturable and production teams are properly trained on new systems. Monitor production processes and recommend improvements related to electrical components, testing procedures, and assembly workflows. Lead and support small teams of technicians and production staff to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and service to resolve technical production issues. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment. Assist with testing procedures, diagnostics, and validation of gaming equipment prior to release. Other duties as assigned by management.
