Summary of Position The Experience Expert is responsible for processing a variety of transactions presented by customers according to established policies and procedures. Experience Experts are expected to demonstrate service non-negotiables 100% of the time by greeting customers pleasantly, handling their transactions accurately, efficiently, and professionally, spotting opportunities to expand relationships, and using customers' names.
