Summary of Position
The Experience Expert is responsible for processing a variety of transactions presented by customers according to established policies and procedures. Experience Experts are expected to demonstrate service non-negotiables 100% of the time by greeting customers pleasantly, handling their transactions accurately, efficiently, and professionally, spotting opportunities to expand relationships, and using customers' names. Experience Experts will maintain knowledge of bank products, services and promotions
A Universal Banker's responsibilities include:
Opening, closing and performing maintenance on accounts
Building relationships with customers by identifying needs and offering solutions
Providing accurate information to customers based on product and service knowledge and understanding of the banking industry
Processing Teller transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintaining a balanced cash drawer
Participating in training and development programs
Upholding the Bank's image through a professional presence
Complying with all applicable policies, laws and regulations
Performing additional clerical duties as needed
Qualifications
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous banking experience preferred, but not required
Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge
Strong customer service, communication and problem solving skills
Proficient computer skills
Basic math skills
