You will ensure that you are leading and owning the discussions on how best to complete the work for your squad. An Agile Principal Developer needs to have a strong technical background in multiple coding languages and is willing to assist/mentor more junior staff. Our organization will also allow you to grow and build your skills each month with dedicated time on Learning Days.</p><p></p><p></p><p><span class=\"emphasis-2\"><u><b>The Expertise and Skill You Have</b></u></span></p><ul><li><p>10&#43; years of software development experience on business critical, enterprise-wide applications</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in computer science / similar technical subject area and or equivalent experience</p></li><li><p><b>Expertise in DevOps- Jenkins, Groovy, Kubernetes, EKS</b></p></li><li><p><b>Expertise in Angular</b></p></li><li><p><b>Expertise in Java</b></p></li><li><p><b>Expertise in REST</b></p></li><li><p>Proficiency with CI/CD tools (JenkinsCore, Udeploy)</p></li><li><p>Experience with Oracle RDBMS and Mysql</p></li><li><p>Proven track record with SpringBoot, Java, Node, GraphQL, Angular</p></li><li><p>Proven experience with Azure and AWS and other cloud-based development methodologies / best-practices</p></li><li><p>Excellent understanding of REST concepts, API standards and developing REST APIs with Spring Boot or NodeJS</p></li><li><p>Experience with Test automation for unit, functional and non-functional testing (Postman, SOATEST, SOASTA, Cucumber).</p></li><li><p>Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.</p></li><li><p>You thrive in a collaborative environment and tackling new challenges</p></li><li><p>Your communication with peers and leaders is clear and effective</p></li><li><p>You help provide technical leadership and direction</p></li><li><p>You are willing and excited to add your voice and opinion to the discussion</p></li><li><p>You love to take initiative to solve a problem and get the job done</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><span class=\"emphasis-2\"><u><b>The Team</b></u></span></p><p></p><p>As part of the Workplace Investment division within Fidelity Investments, you will join a Scrum team of 5-7 hardworking team members contributing to the highly visible modernization of our internal associate platform, Associate Desktop Experience (ADE) product area.
