Successful hands-on work in machining, auto repair, machine repair, farm and mechanical work, or the trades considered.</li><li>Read, understand and interpret technical materials, engineering drawings and industry standards.</li><li>Experience using measurement tools associated with toolmaking (micrometer, caliper, height gage).</li><li>High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail.</li><li>Work to specified deadlines, working overtime as needed to meet tooling completion dates.</li><li>Willingness to take direction and feedback.</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate (verbally/written) with staff at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Genuine desire to learn and grow with the company.</li><li>Solid mechanical aptitude.</li><li>Able to stand all workday and perform lifting operations up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
