Responsible and accountable for all aspects of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage sales and service to guests. If you have the “It Factor”, we want you as a Bar Entertainer.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Where You'll Make an Impact:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide entertainment by greeting and interacting with guests.</li>\n <li>Model for photos with guests or other photo shoots to be used in print and promotional advertising.</li>\n <li>Regular marketing Live! Casino & Hotel through social media according to brand standards.</li>\n <li>Responsible and accountable for all aspects of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages sales.</li>\n <li>Ensure consistent quality of products.</li>\n <li>Prepares beverages with a sense of quality and flare to enhance the experience of the guest.</li>\n <li>Responsible for setting up bars.</li>\n <li>Responsible for handling all cash transactions.</li>\n <li>Responsible for all opening and closing inventories of all stock.</li>\n <li>Responsible to take orders from guest and return these orders accurately and in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Keep area in a clean and orderly manner.</li>\n <li>Responsible to have knowledge of guest’s limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations.</li>\n <li>Ensure guests receive a favorable dining experience.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills You'll Need to Succeed</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to communicate in English and fluently in either Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese or other Asian language.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, liquors, wines, beers and ales; portray an “ask me” image with knowledge.</li>\n <li>Ability to “upsell” and recommend products to guests.</li>\n <li>Ability to speak, read, write and understand basic instructions in English.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.</li>\n <li>Ability to make change from sales.</li>\n <li>Ability to reconcile and balance sales at the conclusion of the shift.</li>\n <li>Eye-hand coordination.</li>\n <li>Manual dexterity.</li>\n <li>Demonstrable ability to entertain bar guests within socially-appropriate standards.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of all bar equipment, Easy Bar System, ABC laws and regulations and gaming laws.</li>\n <li>Able to effectively handle situations that may arise due to intoxication.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate with all departments and other team members.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform assigned job duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of bar operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>A Few Must Haves</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.</li>\n <li>Completion of professional bartending training desired.  Mixology training a plus.</li>\n <li>Six (6) months to one (1)-year experience as a bartender in a high volume operation.</li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Alcohol Beverage Control card.</li>\n <li>Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Standing and walking for duration of shift.</li>\n <li>Ability to handle multi-tasking heavy work-exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 30 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.</li>\n <li>Ability to climb, bend, stoop, squat, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Please note that this is a union position, and individuals in this role may be required to pay applicable union dues and fees.</p>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p><strong>Perks We Offer You</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive group health benefits for full-time and part-time Team Members and their eligible dependents.
