The Future We Build Together.</p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li>\n <li><p>One (1) year or more clerical or warehouse experience preferred</p></li>\n <li><p>One (1) year or more experience operating forklift equipment preferred</p></li>\n <li><p>One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</p></li>\n <li><p>Demonstrates customer service skills.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.</p></li>\n <li><p>Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.</p></li>\n <li><p>Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.</p></li>\n <li><p>Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Important Note: </strong>Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Coordinates activities with clerks from other floor areas, the customer and/or other suppliers as needed.</p></li>\n <li><p>Using the location's WMS system updates area or shift metrics as needed.</p></li>\n <li><p>Generates daily, weekly or monthly reports, memos, and summaries often of a technical and/or confidential nature.</p></li>\n <li><p>Floor work and additional duties as assigned.</p></li>\n <li><p>Performs basic administrative tasks for area or shift. Maintains filing systems and documents.</p></li>\n <li><p>Gathers from and provides information to floor employees in his/her area of support.</p></li>\n <li><p>Coordinates activities/meetings/communication for the specific area or shift.</p></li>\n <li><p>Performs other duties as assigned depending on area supported or if location specific.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em> </em><em>Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
