This position plays a key role in improving existing manufacturing processes, integrating automation, and supporting daily operations through machining process development, new equipment setup and troubleshooting.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>CNC Programming: Create CNC programs for mills (vertical, horizontal and 5 axis) and lathes for new parts and improve the machining strategy for existing parts</li><li>Integrate Machinery: Incorporate new machinery and equipment into the production process seamlessly.</li><li>Setup & Troubleshooting: Perform hands-on setup and resolve issues with manufacturing and automation equipment.</li><li>Fixture Design: Create fixtures for CNC machining and CMM inspection.</li><li>Drive Improvement: Recommend and implement enhancements to manufacturing methods, equipment, and operating procedures, with a focus on CNC machining and automation.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Support team leaders and members in evaluating and implementing ongoing improvement projects.</li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Technical Skills</strong>:<ul><li>CNC programming experience, ideally with Mastercam.</li><li>Experience with 3D CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.</li><li>Proficiency in reading and understanding drawings and schematics.</li><li>Familiarity with controls, industrial robotics, conveyor systems, and PLC programming is valued.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Experience:</strong><ul><li>3+ years of CNC machining and programming experience</li><li>Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>At least 3 years of manual machining experience.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:11px;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span><span style=\"line-height:107%;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\"><span style=\"line-height:107%;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\">EDM expertise (a highly valued plus)</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom:11px;\">5-axis CNC machining expertise (a plus).</li></ul></li></ul><p>To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. or protected individual as defined by ITAR (22 CFR §120.15).</p><p>Precision Resource is an equal opportunity employer, M/F/D/V.</p>",
