    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p>\n<p>The Labeling Support position is responsible for providing basic support service functions to the Labeling group of the Product Configuration department.</p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform routine label creation tasks</li>\n <li>Perform routine modification of existing labels</li>\n <li>Order released print mattes</li>\n <li>Create temporary production labels</li>\n <li>Assign GTINs (Global Trade Item Number) and knowledge of UDI (Unique Device Identification)</li>\n <li>Create print matte slugs and rubber mattes</li>\n <li>Create, propagate and implement AGILE PLM/Oracle EBS ECOs (Engineering Change Orders)</li>\n <li>Review and approve AGILE PLM/Oracle EBS ECOs for domestic labeling</li>\n <li>Create, review, and approve AGILE PLM/Oracle EBS workflows</li>\n <li>Manage translation vendor quotes, POs, and documents</li>\n <li>Perform AGILE PLM/Oracle EBS label research</li>\n <li>Search for and retrieve existing AGILE PLM/Oracle EBS documents</li>\n <li>Perform simple troubleshooting of label files and systems</li>\n <li>Create and maintain label attribute data</li>\n <li>Work on special assignments as they arise</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook</li>\n <li>Knowledge of software used in graphic design and label creation&nbsp; including InDesign, Illustrator, and Corel</li>\n <li>High level of attention to detail</li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Understanding of labeling regulations and guidelines</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>\n <li>High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred</li>\n <li>Requires 2–4 years of relevant experience in labeling support, document control, regulatory operations, or a related regulated environment.</li>\n <li>Experience with an ERP system</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements and Work Environment&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>This is largely a sedentary role.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.</li>\n <li>Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time</li>\n</ul>",
