The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in preparing, facilitating, and delivering our comprehensive training programs. The Training Specialist will collaborate with Management companywide to assess the training needs/requirements, and the timely scheduling of effective training sessions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you are passionate about employee development, presenting effective training programs, and thrive in a collaborative work environment, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p>· Successfully facilitate classroom, on the job, train-the-trainer, onboarding and cross training sessions for employees.</p>\n<p>· Proactively prepare and deliver required course materials for training sessions.</p>\n<p>· Effectively collaborate with Management to meet organizational goals and objectives.</p>\n<p>· Actively and continually providing production employees’ training in a simulated work environment.</p>\n<p>· Effectively perform train-the-trainer sessions for line-level trainers using a standardized format.</p>\n<p>· Competently collaborate with subject matter experts in gathering and validating training content.</p>\n<p>· Proactively maintains accurate training records and documentation.</p>\n<p>· Lead and deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring a positive and effective learning experience.</p>\n<p>· Continuously remain up to date on industry standards, trends, and best practices to enhance training methodologies.</p>\n<p>· Proactively and continually provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure the successful implementation of training initiatives.</p>\n<p>· Other duties as assigned</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p>\n<p>· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</p>\n<p>· Ability to present to medium to large groups of people.</p>\n<p>· Proven experience as a Training Specialist or similar role.</p>\n<p>· Competent understanding of instructional learning theories.</p>\n<p>· Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.</p>\n<p>· Proficient in using training tools and technologies.</p>\n<p>· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.</p>\n<p>· Strong team, organizational, and presentation skills.</p>\n<p>· Attention to detail and the ability to align with training objectives and execute the deliverables to meet business goals.</p>\n<p>· Proficient with Microsoft Office communications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); and other applicable applications.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p>· J-Soldering Certification.</p>\n<p>· IPC Certification.</p>\n<p>· Experience with Training Management System software</p>\n<p>· Two years’ experience using multi-media platforms, visual/audio recording devices, and editing software to produce content.</p>\n<p>· Two years’ experience in a leadership or training role.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<p>· High school graduate or GED.</p>\n<p>· Two years of experience in a manufacturing environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p>\n<p>· General office, engineering and production floor, and manufacturing environments.</p>\n<p>· Some Domestic Travel might be 10% or less, as needed.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay Range:</strong> $54,000-77,000 annually</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Minco, we pride ourselves on our commitment to our employees.
