Works closely with Talent, HR and hiring managers to determine hiring goals and needs.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Full-cycle recruiting including; posting requisitions, sourcing, phone screens, scheduling interviews, sending candidates assessments when applicable, extending offers, background checks and moving candidates to onboarding stage,</li><li>Consults with hiring managers to understand roles to be filled and profiles of ideal candidates.</li><li>Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to ensure understanding of job requirements</li><li>Perform daily requisition management/reconciliation to properly disposition applicants and update recruiting report Schedules interviews as needed.</li><li>Informs candidates of job duties, responsibilities, work schedules, compensations and benefits, and career advancement opportunities relevant to the job being considered for.</li><li>Gathers feedback from both hiring manages and candidates to identify opportunities for improvements and enable to make informed decisions.</li><li>Keeps candidates informed of the recruiting process from start to finish.</li><li>Extends job offers as needed.</li><li>Demonstrates the highest level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.</li></ul><p>The above statements are intended only to describe the general nature of the job and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of position responsibilities.</p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 4 years of corporate or agency recruiting experience</li><li>Experience using Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter</li><li>Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably ADP)</li><li>Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)</li><li>Strong relationship building skills with all-level internal customers and external candidates</li><li>Strong communication and influencing skills</li><li>Ability to lead and drive recruiting process</li><li>Collaborative team player but also be able to get tasks done independently</li><li>Detail oriented with ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines</li><li>Problem solver with strong analytical skills</li><li>Technically savvy with ability to learn and use new recruiting tools</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S</li><li>Must be able to successfully pass a background</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
