    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Shift</strong></p>\n<p>2nd Shift / 3pm to 11:30pm / Sunday to Thursday - Additional days or overtime as required to complete the daily demands     </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>About the Role:</u></strong></p>\n<p>As a core member of our distribution<em> </em>team, you will be expected to: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform all functions in the distribution warehouse(s) including; loading, checking, lift/jack movement, housekeeping, inventory checks, and QC related procedures.</li>\n <li>Work as a team in a fast paced environment to meet departmental minimum requirements for units per hour and accuracy.</li>\n <li>Work in our frozen warehouse with your primary duty being a Certified Lift Operator (CLO).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>As your employer, Perry’s will help you to achieve all of the above goals through feedback, education, and continuous professional development.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>What We’re Looking For:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Capable of working as a team in a fast paced environment to meet departmental minimum requirements for units per hour and accuracy</li>\n <li>Tolerance for working in a frozen, -20oF environment.
