Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of Information Technology experience Serve as primary technical point-of-contact for the project and as the face of the development team to the customer. Provides advice on how business services are delivered with a vision for improvement. At least 2 end to end ServiceNow CSM implementation experience Strong understanding of CSM CSDM model along with expertise on products, assets, sold products and install bases and their relationship with Accounts and Consumers Strong technical abilities, a sound understanding of business strategy and policies that govern the ServiceNow platform and possesses advanced ServiceNow knowledge and skill. Proven experience with key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly, etc. Excellent knowledge on Enterprise Security and Architecture, middleware and discovery technologies, database design schemas and data modeling Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe solutions with a business focus Certifications/Trainings : ServiceNow Advanced System Administration ServiceNow Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management Application Creation in ServiceNow The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
