This role will work closely with firm leadership, practice groups heads and other Business Professionals teams to drive consistency in onboarding and performance monitoring, and protect the firm’s investment in high-caliber lateral talent by ensuring early momentum, sustained engagement and measurable business impact. This exempt role is based in New York and reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
