Our culture balances speed with support, giving our teams the space to build, test, and improve how work gets done.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Summary:</span></p>\n<p>The AI Automation Engineer is a hands-on individual contributor responsible for designing and implementing automation and AI-assisted solutions that improve operational efficiency across the business.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role focuses on executing against a prioritized roadmap developed in partnership with the CIO, targeting high-impact workflows where automation can reduce manual effort, improve speed, and support scalable growth.</p>\n<p>This is a builder role, not a leadership or strategy-only position. Success is measured by delivered solutions, adoption by teams, and measurable efficiency gains.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Automation &amp; Solution Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement automation solutions for repeatable, high-volume workflows (e.g., onboarding, campaign execution, reporting, support processes)</li>\n<li>Build AI-assisted workflows using appropriate tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs, LLM-based tools)</li>\n<li>Incorporate human review checkpoints where accuracy and quality are critical</li>\n<li>Focus on practical, maintainable solutions rather than overly complex designs</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Workflow Optimization</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assess targeted business processes identified by leadership to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities</li>\n<li>Translate business needs into technical solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and scalability</li>\n<li>Deliver measurable improvements in time savings and process efficiency</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Roadmap Execution</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with the CIO to co-develop and execute a prioritized automation roadmap</li>\n<li>Contribute to prioritization based on ROI, effort, and risk</li>\n<li>Provide input on tools, systems, and opportunities for continuous improvement</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cross-Functional Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with teams across Sales, Marketing, Client Services, and Operations to understand workflow challenges</li>\n<li>Build solutions in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure usability and adoption</li>\n<li>Support teams in integrating automation into their day-to-day work</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AI Enablement &amp; Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support rollout of AI tools to targeted users and teams based on business need</li>\n<li>Develop simple, role-specific guidance for tool usage</li>\n<li>Monitor adoption and gather feedback to improve solutions over time</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tool &amp;
