Key Responsibilities
Support senior sales and engineering teams in managing customer accounts Assist in analyzing drilling tool performance and preparing technical reports Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and technical discussions Monitor product performance and support data collection from the field Coordinate with sales, operations, and engineering teams to support customer needs Assist in handling customer inquiries and basic troubleshooting Learn to evaluate equipment performance and competitor products Support preparation of case studies, run reports, and internal documentation Participate in field activities and gain exposure to rig site operations Assist in logistics coordination and internal operational processes Qualifications & Skills
Essential
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, or related field) 0–3 years of experience (internships or relevant projects are an advantage) Exposure to drilling operations or oilfield services Strong interest in technical sales and the oil and gas industry Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Good communication skills in English Soft Skills
