BACK OF HOUSE SECURITY SPECIALIST Are you passionate about Safety & Security and seeking opportunity to join a team of Security Specialist? A.S.P. Incorporated has provided security and customer service solutions for over 20 years to Canadian clients. We employ more than 2000 employees and are a subsidiary of ICTS EUROPE, which is operates in 22 countries and employing more than 17000 professionals. A.S.P provides services to a wide range of clients with a significant presence in the Commercial and Residential spaces in Ontario as well as some of the largest airports in Canada. ASP Incorporated is looking for an Event Security Specialist, who can provide visible, advanced-level security service in a professional, competent, and courteous manner. Working with integrity and respect, the Event Security Specialist takes responsibility for securing and protecting the patrons at our various events located at Roger’s Stadium. What you will do: Access control for the perimeters of the event site Physically monitoring the site to make sure all attendees have tickets to the event Providing professional, diplomatic and pro-active customer service Static, foot and mobile patrols on the site Investigate and report any events, occurrences and incidents that happen on site while providing security patrols. Assisting in emergency situations including evacuation and injury Securing back of house in a professional manner Work in compliance with Occupational Health & safety regulations Perform other functions as need arises. Abilities & Working Conditions Outdoor Environment / Weather Resilience: Work is performed outdoors across all seasons and weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, snow, bright sunlight, and variable air quality. Candidates must be comfortable working in natural environments with potential exposure to pollen, insects (e.g., bees), and environmental allergens. Sensory & Cognitive Demands: Must be able to remain alert, maintain situational awareness, and respond swiftly to emergencies. This includes working in environments with varying light conditions, such as bright or flashing lights, and auditory stimuli typical of outdoor or event spaces. Physical Stamina: Capable of walking, standing for up to 80% of the scheduled shift and occasionally climbing or lifting objects up to 25 lbs. Operational Readiness: Candidates must be capable of safely operating in environments that may require driving, night shifts, and independent decision-making. Individuals with medical conditions or medications that may affect responsiveness or ability to perform essential tasks safely should consult with a medical provider before applying. Protective Gear:  Safety boots, reflective vests, weather-rated gear etc must be worn at all times (PPE provided). Flexible Scheduling: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by event schedules Who you are: Must be 18 years of age or older Minimum of one (1) years of security experience Valid Use of Force certificate an asset Eligible to work in Canada. Ability to work in high stress environment. Ability to make quick and informed decisions. Must possess an Ontario Security Guard License. Must possess valid First Aid, CPR and AED certification Strong tactical awareness and de-escalation experience Strong written and verbal communication Must be willing to work 12 hour shifts days or nights in all weather conditions We welcome applicants of all backgrounds.
