These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>More specifically, the person will:</p><p><br></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Place items or products on feed racks, spindles, or reel stands to coat, paint or spray using hands, hoists or truck lifts.</li><li>Clean parts and weldments using water, solvents, and other cleaning aids.</li><li>Prepare parts and weldments for paint booth using sanding tools, caulk, masking tape.</li><li>Operate paint booth spray equipment and oven.</li><li>Determine paint flow, viscosity and coating quality by performing visual inspections.</li><li>Manual spray parts &amp; weldments with primer and top coat paints.</li><li>Start and stop the operation of machines using levers or buttons.&nbsp;</li><li>Weigh or measure chemicals, coatings or paints.&nbsp;</li><li>Record paint film thickness.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Complies with chemical and waste storage and disposal regulations and best practices.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><p><em>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
