Finley grew from a physician–led residential facility to a 126-bed, fully accredited hospital, and now, to a regional healthcare system that includes not only hospital services, but clinic and home services as well.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>General </u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Established team of Nurse Practitioners with Neonatologist support</li>\n <li>Established program serving the Dubuque community</li>\n <li>Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy</li>\n <li>PRN position; 24 hour shifts with dedicated sleep suite </li>\n <li>Looking for coverage for 3-9 days per month</li>\n <li>Level 2 NICU</li>\n <li>Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>4-bed NICU with Average census of 3-4</li>\n <li>NNP will also round on well-born babies; 2-6 per day</li>\n <li>Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve</li>\n <li>Specialty skills: LDRP, umbilical lines and circumcisions will be performed</li>\n <li>Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care</li>\n <li>Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment</li>\n <li>Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Neonatal Nurse Practitioner trained</li>\n <li>Experience REQUIRED</li>\n <li>Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa </li>\n <li>Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice</li>\n <li>Eligible to work in the United States</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>We offer</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive PRN hourly rate </li>\n <li>A commitment to ensuring you have a voice that is heard regardless of role, race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation. </li>\n <li>A culture guided by uncompromising values and unwavering belief in doing what’s right for the people we serve.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Community Details</strong></p>\n<p>The community of Dubuque has grown into a city with small-town roots.
