Consider joining our team and changing the way you think about work!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Groundskeeper reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct pruning and landscape maintenance</li>\n <li>Trim, edge and mulch as directed</li>\n <li>Rake leaves and collect debris from grounds and common areas</li>\n <li>Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways; including trash collection</li>\n <li>Remove snow and spread salt in inclement weather</li>\n <li>Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor</li>\n <li>Assist with light maintenance as directed by supervisor</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED</li>\n <li>Strong customer service skills</li>\n <li>Ability to follow instructions efficiently </li>\n</ul>",
