This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment where they can both win work and successfully deliver it.</p>\n<p>You will play a critical role in bidding, securing, and managing electrical projects from start to finish while collaborating closely with clients, field teams, and leadership.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare accurate and competitive electrical estimates and bids</li>\n<li>Manage projects from kickoff through closeout</li>\n<li>Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams</li>\n<li>Oversee project schedules, budgets, and execution</li>\n<li>Track costs, materials procurement, and forecasting</li>\n<li>Solve job site challenges and keep projects on track</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of electrical estimating and project management experience</li>\n<li>Proven ability to estimate projects between $1M–$10M</li>\n<li>Strong electrical background in commercial or light industrial work</li>\n<li>Experience with tools such as Procore, Accubid, Bluebeam, and Excel</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment</li>\n<li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Benefits</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>up to $155,000 base salary</li>\n<li>$500/month car allowance + gas card</li>\n<li>100% employer-paid healthcare for employee and family</li>\n<li>Dental and vision coverage</li>\n<li>401(k) with 3% match</li>\n<li>3 weeks PTO + paid holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join This Team</span></span></p>\n<p>This is an opportunity to step into a role where you truly own your projects from bid to completion.
