This is a high-impact role for an experienced attorney with deep regulatory expertise and the ability to serve as a subject matter expert across a broad range of healthcare compliance matters.</span></p><p style='margin-right:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;font-size:11.0pt;text-align:justify;line-height:15.0pt;'><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">The ideal candidate will have strong experience with laws and regulations governing controlled dangerous substances prescribing, telehealth services, acceptable medical practices, as well as the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, corporate practice of medicine and related doctrines, and related regulatory frameworks.
