This role works collaboratively on objectives while operating independently to drive execution. You will support employees, maintain high standards of accuracy, and help create an environment where everyone can succeed.\n</div>\n<p><strong>In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Engage and direct hourly employees to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on time.</li>\n <li>Provide clear feedback to reinforce successes and offer coaching when improvement is needed.</li>\n <li>Assist in training team members to ensure they understand processes, expectations, and work standards.</li>\n <li>Monitor, balance, and adjust daily workflow among work areas to meet operational goals.</li>\n <li>Audit work for 100% accuracy and ensure any discrepancies are corrected prior to completion.</li>\n <li>Ensure successful completion of order picking, order packing, and stock replenishment activities.</li>\n <li>Perform varied tasks requiring independent judgment and the ability to apply knowledge to a wide range of situations.</li>\n</ul>\n<div style=\" font-style: normal;  font-weight: 400\">\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><strong>Who You Are:</strong><br>\n  You build strong relationships and work cooperatively across the organization to meet shared objectives. You create an environment where everyone feels valued, included, and supported in doing their best work.</p>\n<div style=\" font-style: normal;  font-weight: 400\">\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>For This Role, You Will Need:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain a goal‑oriented approach.</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively and fairly within a team environment.</li>\n <li>Willingness to learn PC skills and software tools needed for the role.</li>\n <li>Ability to instruct and guide a small group of employees performing varied tasks.</li>\n <li>Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment where all employees can succeed.</li>\n <li>Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to hold yourself and others accountable.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to successfully complete required equipment training, including forklift, stock picker, and reach truck.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with tools available for heavier items.</li>\n <li>\n  <p>Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day.</p>\n  <p>&nbsp;</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous leadership experience.</li>\n <li>\n  <p>Working knowledge of JDE.</p>\n  <p>&nbsp;</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Our Culture &amp; Commitment to You</strong></p>\n<p>At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
