    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Utility Operator II</strong></p><p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>Position Summary</u></strong></p><p>This position will include becoming job task analysis (JTA) certified in performing work in the areas of Secondary Operations, specifically finishing, polishing, cleaning/passivation, molding and assembly. These are accomplished by on-the -job training, following work instructions and SOP&rsquo;S to perform the tasks in the departments assigned</p><p><strong><u>Principle Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Finishes instruments according to prints (non-dimensional). i.e. polishing, glass bead, tumble, ect.</li><li>Assembles instruments and their sub-assemblies using adhesives by following blueprints and other written and verbal specifications.</li><li>Performs in-process quality checks on all work performed.</li><li>Operates the molding machines, mold handles and deflashes to print.</li><li>Adheres to general safety rules, manufacturing procedures and work instructions, company policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FDA regulations.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Qualification Requirements</u></strong></p><p><strong>Credentials/Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Experience/Educational/Training Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li>2 years related experience and/or training preferred</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to read and write English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, FDA regulations, and procedure manuals.</li><li>Ability to read and understand blueprints/process prints and other Tecomet documentation.</li><li>Ability to utilize gauging and use of proper fixturing to ensure product functionality and compliance.</li><li>Effective problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.</li><li>Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.</li><li>Manual dexterity to work with very small parts.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally and constructively with the lead, supervisor, and co-workers.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills.</li><li>PC Literate</li></ul><p><strong><u>Other Requirements&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><p>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
