    "description": "<p>The Commencement Group is looking to hire Outside Sales Interns for Spring <span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">2026</span>.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Locations:</span> <span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Northern California, Arizona, and Nevada!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">For our upcoming Spring 2026 season, we have work available:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Months of May &amp; June</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Outside sales refers to the type of sales that take place in the field (i.e. graduations). Check-out our company IG! <a href=\"https://instagram.com/commencementgroupjobs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">instagram.com/commencementgroupjobs</a></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open availability during our busiest times (mandatory weekend: May 15-17)</li>\n<li>Valid driver's license<br></li>\n<li>Freshman, sophomore or junior in college (preferred)</li>\n<li>Open to working/traveling for extended periods of time</li>\n<li>Reliable and responsible</li>\n<li>Discipline to wake up early</li>\n<li>Stamina to work consecutively long days</li>\n<li>Organizational and multi-tasking skills</li>\n<li>Effective member of a team</li>\n<li>Contribute towards sales goals</li>\n<li>Positive attitude throughout the day; outgoing and personable</li>\n<li>Adaptability and flexibility<br></li>\n<li>Comfortable interacting and communicating with high volumes of people throughout the days<br></li>\n<li>Articulate and persuasive</li>\n<li>Uphold the highest professional standard</li>\n<li>Driven and motivated</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Traveling throughout our regions to sell various commemorative items at commencements</li>\n<li>Setting up retail kiosks at commencements </li>\n<li>Utilizing sales techniques to effectively execute sales</li>\n<li>Working as a team to generate revenue and hitting sales goals<br></li>\n<li>Organizing and maintaining inventory of products at kiosks throughout the day</li>\n<li>Understanding and implementing the marketing of products</li>\n<li>Maintaining our company brand and professional demeanor on-site</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Financial:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hourly pay of<span> </span><span>$18/hour</span></li>\n<li>Discretionary bonus for hitting sales goals</li>\n<li>Additional bonus for referrals</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Benefits</p>\n<ul>\n<li>All food and drinks covered</li>\n<li>All travel expenses while on the road covered</li>\n<li>Networking opportunities</li>\n<li>Professional development</li>\n<li>Leadership opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">***RESUME IS NOT REQUIRED***</span></p>",
