This role is responsible for inspecting machined parts, supporting production through accurate and timely inspections, and assisting with CMM programming. The ideal candidate will have experience in machining quality or a strong machining background with the ability to interpret complex prints.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">2+ years of experience in machining, inspection, or a related manufacturing environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong blueprint reading skills, including GD&amp;T and complex part interpretation</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience using precision measuring instruments&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity with CMM operation and/or programming (PC-DMIS preferred)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to understand tight tolerances and machined part requirements&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Basic computer and data entry skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform first piece, in-process, and final inspections on machined parts</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support and/or develop CMM programs for complex parts</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Complete first article inspections (PPAP, AS9102)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Interpret complex engineering drawings to ensure compliance with specifications&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain quality records and inspection reports</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform gage control and calibration activities</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Verify quality of sub-contracted machining processes&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain a clean and safe work environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Other duties as assigned</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Paid holidays</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Vacation</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Health, dental, and vision insurance plans</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">401k retirement plan with company match</li></ul></div></div></div>\n<br/>Monday - Thursday<br/>6:30am - 5:00pm",
