As we expand into the East Kootenay region, we are looking for experienced Operators who want to help build something meaningful and long-term alongside a growing, values-driven company.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Milestone Contracting is establishing a long-term presence in the East Kootenay region and is seeking skilled Civil Operators to join our growing team.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">This role is based out of Cranbrook, BC, with projects located throughout the Kootenays. Travel between projects may be required and will be compensated.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">We are looking for operators who take pride in their work, work well with crews, prioritize safety, and are willing to contribute both in and out of equipment when required.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Be Doing</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">As an Operator, you will support a variety of civil construction projects including underground utilities, grading, earthworks, roadworks, and municipal infrastructure.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Responsibilities include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Supporting site crews with day-to-day production activities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Working collaboratively with Foremen, Superintendents, and labour crews</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Performing daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintaining production targets while ensuring quality workmanship</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Supporting safe work practices and company safety standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assisting with site organization and material handling as required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Excavators</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Skid steers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Loaders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Packers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Dozers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Graders</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Local East Kootenay experience and knowledge are considered strong assets.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience in civil construction preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Valid Class 5 Driver’s License</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ability to work in physically demanding environments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of construction site safety</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
