    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>As our Production Supervisor you will&nbsp;be there to supervise the shift to manufacture paint and related products.</p>\n<p>Solving challenges is the very foundation of who we are. Our creative and talented team of over 2000 people across every corner of the world, help us remain the global leader in protective paints and coatings for both home and industry.</p>\n<p>Here’s what you can expect every day:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure schedule adherence and quality standards are met.</li>\n <li>Provide direction to associates in Production Dept.</li>\n <li>Maintain employee records, Kronos/Payroll, corrective action, warnings, etc.</li>\n <li>Adhere to company policies, Federal, State Local requirement and ISO Standards.</li>\n <li>Ensure all operations are in compliance with all procedures, rules and regulations.</li>\n <li>Perform routine inspection on all production activities assuring that quality standards are met.</li>\n <li>Document training of all associates on new procedures and equipment. Keep employees trained and well informed on new processes.</li>\n <li>Work with Maintenance Manager and Mechanics on all equipment problems, change-overs and issues concerning safety in all departments.</li>\n <li>Oversee shift clean up tasks, communicate safety and processing concerns as well as issues with regulatory compliance.</li>\n <li>Communicate results/ concerns/ issues with Managers, Purchasing and Production Scheduler.</li>\n <li>Ensure shift to shift hand-off is completed and problems are addressed via email to Production Manager and other shifts.</li>\n <li>Accomplish related results as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><i>Rust-Oleum is an equal opportunity employer. Employment selection and related decisions are made without regard to sex, race, age, disability, religion, national origin, color, or any other protected class.</i></p>\n<p><strong>Required Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate degree required; BS in an Engineering or Business discipline strongly preferred or commensurate experience.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 3+ years of&nbsp;<strong>supervisory</strong>&nbsp;<strong>experience</strong>&nbsp;in a manufacturing environment; preferably in chemical/paint manufacturing.</li>\n <li>A proven change agent with demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a diverse group of associates.</li>\n <li>Train and Coordinate teams to achieve high levels of productivity, quality and safety performance.</li>\n <li>Good written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Good computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office packages, SAP experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Proven abilities to successfully drive continuous improvement, manage multiple priorities and multitask.</li>\n <li>Ability to work well with other peer groups.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of industrial safety regulations, BRI, 5S Housekeeping and Lean Manufacturing.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of local, state and federal regulations.</li>\n</ul>",
