    "description": "<p><span>Field Service Technician</span></p>\n<p><span>Job Description:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Servicing, testing, inspecting, and repairing ceiling lift track systems following manufacturer specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Swaps or exchanging components of equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Troubleshoot low voltage electrical issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Conducts quality control/spot checks within your region.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Meets all local, state and federal code requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Performing preventative maintenance and safety checks </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Interacting with hospital staff to schedule inspections and service including to discuss their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">High school diploma or equivalent</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Previous experience in servicing, testing, inspecting, and repairing ceiling lift track systems preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Excellent communication and customer service skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</span></li>\n</ul>",
