You’ll operate as a true partner to the business - owning hiring outcomes, driving process improvements and ensuring we continue to attract and retain the very best talent in the market. You will: Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies and interview processes Proactively source and engage top talent through direct outreach, referrals and agency partnerships Deliver a consistent, high-quality and engaging interview experience Lead the offer and closing process, securing top candidates in a competitive market Contribute to the US onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience from offer through to early integration Coordinate pre-boarding activities, including documentation, systems access and stakeholder engagement Act as a key point of contact for new joiners, supporting their transition into CFC Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure compliance with US & Canadian employment practices Continuously review and improve recruitment and onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and experience Build strong relationships across the business, acting as a trusted advisor on hiring best practice You’re a driven and highly organised talent professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You bring a strong sense of ownership and pride yourself on delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for both candidates and stakeholders. You’re comfortable managing multiple roles at once, balancing pace with attention to detail, and are naturally proactive in identifying opportunities to improve the way things are done. Ideally, you’ll bring experience of recruiting within insurance or a related market, with an understanding of underwriting or specialty lines, alongside exposure to onboarding or pre-boarding processes. You’ll also have a good working knowledge of US employment practices and a track record of delivering successful hiring outcomes. Above all, you’re someone who takes accountability, builds strong relationships and is motivated by delivering results that make a tangible impact on the business.
