The mission of SNAP E&T is to maximize the financial resources available for providing a wide range of employment and training (E&T) activities that reduce poverty or the risk of poverty to individuals and families living in the Windham County area and to leverage existing financial resources through this 50-100% cost reimbursement program.<br><br>The SNAP E&T Coordinator is a grant funded position. The coordinator functions as the grant administrator for the CT State Quinebaug Valley Campus SNAP E&T and is the primary liaison between the campus and its community partners.
