    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><strong>Northwinds Services Group</strong> is seeking an experienced <strong>Talent Acquisition Specialist</strong> for their corporate office in <strong>Rochester, NY</strong>. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full-cycle, high-volume recruiting across multiple states and regions in a fast-paced HVAC environment. This role is responsible for driving hiring strategies that support aggressive growth targets, with a focus on attracting skilled trades talent including HVAC technicians, installers, plumbers, service managers, and support staff. This will be a primarily office-based role with standard business hours. Some travel (up to 20%) may be required for multi-site support.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Summary:</strong></p><p>Northwinds Services Group is a network of companies that provides exceptional HVAC, plumbing, and home services. With years of operating experience within the industry, Northwinds understands its unique importance and complexities, and we&#39;re committed to helping businesses reach their full potential.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the subject matter expert in all areas of recruitment, candidate assessment, and onboarding (full cycle) for high requisitions (up to 50+) across multiple locations to ensure compliance with local employment laws</li><li>Strategize and work with the Human Resources Team to develop efficient and effective onboarding processes</li><li>Develop relationships and processes to fill high-volume positions and applicant pipeline through collaboration with multiple stakeholders</li><li>Develop proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill skilled trades roles (HVAC technicians, installers, plumbers etc) utilizing job boards, social media, referrals, trade schools, and industry networks</li><li>Drive efficient interview processes and ensure a strong candidate experience</li><li>Assist with the onboarding of newly acquired companies to include development communications with working employees to ensure all accurate information is loaded into ADP Comprehensive</li><li>Optimize workflows to reduce time-to-fill and cost per hire</li><li>Leverage ATS and recruiting tools to track and manage candidate pipelines</li><li>Stakeholder and Hiring Manager partnership</li><li>Provide regular updates on recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and any recruiting/onboarding challenges</li><li>Promote the company as an employer of choice in the skilled trades market</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on high-volume hiring</li><li>Proven experience recruiting across multiple states and regions</li><li>Strong working experience with ADP Comprehensive or similar ATS/HRIS systems</li><li>Experience hiring for skilled trades or HVAC-related roles strongly preferred</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Competencies:</strong></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\">Ability to manage a large requisition load (15-25+ open roles at a time)</li><li>Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruiting tools (ATS, job boards, LinkedIn)</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment</li><li>Experience in HVAC, construction, field services, or similar industries preferred</li><li>Familiarity with compliance considerations across multiple states preferred</li></ul><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>What can we offer you?&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Base Pay</li><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance</li><li>401k Retirement Plan with Company Match</li><li>Paid Vacation and Sick Time</li><li>Opportunities for growth and advancement in a growing organization</li></ul><p><br></p><p>The starting salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 annually.
