With a focus on craft cocktails and elevated eats, Flight Club fuses premium cuisine and curated cocktails with its signature, technology-driven social darts® experience to create a truly unique entertainment environment. State of Play Hospitality brought the concept to the U.S. Flight Club continues to surprise and delight with its ability to bring friends together in a unique, upscale social environment. To date, over 7 million people have tried their hand, and over 550 million darts have been thrown. Position Purpose: Servers are responsible for delivering to each guest a unique high-quality experience with passion and knowledge in an energetic atmosphere. They ensure accurate orders of food and beverage are received and delivered properly while being readily available. Servers provide a practical role of ensuring our guests have an excellent time and want for nothing is a vital aspect of our service performance. Our emphasis on product knowledge is essential to deliver an experience above the ordinary. Together our team members work to create an atmosphere of fun in a positive culture of teamwork and hard work. We expect nothing short of greatness and know personality sets us apart to make you the ringleader of your show each shift. Responsibilities: Report for all scheduled shifts punctually in proper attire to proper health and hygiene standards Accurately ring in all food, beverage, gaming, and event charges into the POS Follow proper service standards timely and efficiently to every guest Receive, deliver, and replenish all food/beverage to guests Assist in running food throughout the shift and ensure pre bussing is maintained Generate accurate daily cash reports, proper sales, and total daily tips received Learn and maintain knowledge of food, beverage, and gaming Build a rapport with guests, be active in assisting, and communicating requests Accurately know all numbers to tables and gaming areas Maintain quality condition of gaming equipment including sanitation Complete opening, closing, and running duties as assigned each shift Attend training sessions and team meetings as required per department Comply with the Company’s rules and procedures along with any reasonable requests made from management during a shift Follow all health and safety guidelines maintaining to proper procedures and reporting to management any hazardous situation or incident Our Leadership Principles Are: Listen to the Customer both external customers and internal customers Own the Problem , doing your best to solve the problem and seek help from others. Ask yourself what can be done to avoid problems from reoccurring. Test and Learn, by elevating, educating, and developing through continued training and learning. Create Positive Energy , optimism and a can-do attitude are infectious and motivating. Avoid negativity, focus on solutions, and avoid blame. Show Urgency , get things done quickly and accurately. Be Consistent and Fair , by showing respect to your co-workers. Bring your best self to work. Be both independently minded and a team player , by communicating issues and viewpoints to assist in better productivity and teamwork. Be a Big Person , be quick to say thank you and appreciation to fellow co-workers and learn from mistakes. Be Respectful of the Companies Resources , respecting each other’s time and money to optimize success for the business and each other. Deliver Results , our business is to succeed and deliver positive results to better provide future growth and opportunities for development. Must be able to pass exams with a 90% or better in each of the following categories: Food and Beverage All issued training testing throughout employment Qualifications Requirements & Minimum Qualifications Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably within a high-volume environment Available to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidays Able to stand and/ or walk for long periods of time Ability to lift over 50+ lbs. if necessary Authorized to legally work in the US The Company reserves the right in its absolute discretion to add to your duties or amend this job description at any time.
