    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;' data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Title</strong>: Maintenance Supervisor (Structures)</p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>Department:</strong> OSC SRM Sheet Metal</p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>Reports To</strong>: Maintenance Manager (Structures)</p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><br></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong><u>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;margin-left:.25in;'><br></p><ol style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0in;\" start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Schedule manpower to accomplish assigned structural maintenance activities</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Coordinate with other departments as necessary to ensure a smooth and continuous workflow.</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;color:black;\"><span style=\"background:     white;\">Ensure that GMM, RSM, and FAA regulations and procedures are followed.</span></li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;color:black;\">Coordinate with engineering to resolve structural issues beyond the scope of FAA</li></ol><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;margin-left:.5in;'><span style=\"color:black;\">approved/accepted repair data.</span></p><ol style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0in;\" start=\"5\" type=\"1\"><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;color:black;\">Keep a clean and safe work area at all times. Ensure that waste materials, oils, alodine, and other fluids are properly handled.</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;color:black;\">Perform any other duties assigned by the Structures Manager or Assistant Structures Manager.</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;color:black;\">Interface with the Structures Manager to recommend improvements needed to increase performance and quality.</li></ol><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><br></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><br></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS:</u></strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must be able to travel, work overtime, weekends &amp; days off.
