Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</span></p>\n<p><span>We are seeking a Senior Vice President to lead end</span><span>‑</span><span>to</span><span>‑</span><span>end fund accounting for German Special Funds (Chapter 3 InvStG) and institutional Chapter 2 funds in scope. You will be accountable for NAV production and the associated operating model, controls and regulatory obligations. You will orchestrate complex dependencies with the client and the client`s value chain, depositaries/custodians, external managers and auditors to deliver a controlled migration and resilient BAU service. This role is located in Frankfurt, Germany.</span></p>\n<p><span>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Own the full NAV production cycle for Special Funds, including daily reconciliations, exception management, depositary engagement, and materiality‑based escalations.</span></li>\n <li><span>Significant client‑facing responsibilities, with frequent interaction across various client stakeholders.</span></li>\n <li><span>Manage expense budgets and accruals; book and control depositary, custody, and other fund‑related fees.</span></li>\n <li><span>Coordinate and process all subscription/redemption activities for German institutional funds, including validation of investor register pre‑advice, trade and value dates; post shareholder transactions in the accounting system and distribute confirmed postings to stakeholders.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Calculate applicable tax amounts (with PwC where required) and manage timing dependencies related to tax workflows.</span></li>\n <li><span>Oversee global certificate creation with custody teams and ensure timely transmission to Clearstream Banking (CBF).</span></li>\n <li><span>Coordinate system connectivity and data transmission channels for third‑party asset managers.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensure timely, accurate, and complete booking of all transactions received; promote automation and reduce manual channels (e.g., BVI sheets, email).</span></li>\n <li><span>Monitor transmission quality and escalate any issues impacting completeness or timeliness.</span></li>\n <li><span>Run a robust incident management process, including error classification, stakeholder notification, remediation, and documentation of root cause and durable fixes.</span></li>\n <li><span>Operate and oversee CSDR gross/net models in line with mandate requirements.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>12+ years in German institutional fund accounting with deep Special Funds and investor</span><span>‑</span><span>tax expertise under InvStG; proven experience leading migrations.</span></li>\n <li><span>Fluency in German and English.</span></li>\n <li><span>Adept with system integrations.</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong control orientation across NAV; audit and regulator facing experience; Big 4 background/qualifications preferred.</span></li>\n <li><span>Stakeholder leadership across depositaries, custodians, external managers and auditors; excellent communication and problem</span><span>‑</span><span>solving skills.</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience managing and influencing key internal senior stakeholders.</span></li>\n <li><span>Direct client management experience</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span>At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:</span></p>\n<p><a href=\"https://www.bny.com/corporate/global/en/about-us/newsroom.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><span>BNY Newsroom</span></a></p>\n<p><a href=\"https://www.linkedin.com/company/bnyglobal/posts/?feedView=all\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><span>BNY LinkedIn&nbsp;</span></a></p>\n<p><span>Here’s a few of our recent awards:&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025</span></li>\n <li><span>World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025</span></li>\n <li><span>“Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span>Our Benefits and Rewards:</span></p>\n<p><span>BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
