If who we are and what we do resonates with you, we invite you to join our high-performance team!\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>Performs supply chain and logistics functions such as material procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution | Creates integrated processes among internal functions (e.g., operations, purchasing and logistics) and outside suppliers | Responsibilities are within the Supply Chain and Logistics Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines\n<h2>Impact of the Role</h2>\n<h3>General Profile</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Manages professional employees and/or supervisors </li>\n <li>Must have at least one professional expert or one supervisor as a direct report</li>\n <li>Has accountability for the performance and results of a team within own area of specialty</li>\n <li>Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges</li>\n <li>Decisions and problem solving are guided by policies, procedures and department plan; receives guidance from manager </li>\n <li>Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers</li>\n <li>Consistent exercise of discretion & judgment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Essential Functions</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manages the supply chain activities of an organization. </li>\n <li>Establishes internal controls for monitoring assets, capital investments, controlling costs, and measuring liquidity. </li>\n <li>Assists with overseeing tasks related to production planning, materials purchasing, inventory control, price setting, vendor selection, and distribution. </li>\n <li>Monitors the movement of raw materials, in-process goods, or completed merchandise to ensure that production needs or customer expectations are met. </li>\n <li>Collects data and prepares analyses designed to forecast demand or predict inventory needs. </li>\n <li>Maintains contact with vendors and submits purchase orders or requisitions to ensure a continuous supply of goods. </li>\n <li>Evaluates existing supply chain processes, implementing changes when necessary to improve efficiency and overall performance. </li>\n <li>Documents the performance of supply chain staff and overall processes. </li>\n <li>Administers departmental policies and procedures, evaluates results and performance, and assists with the development of new or modified budgets, strategic plans, or policies </li>\n <li>Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination with concurrence from HR & General Managers. </li>\n <ul>\n  <h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Required education and experience:</strong> Associate's Degree and 7-8 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience</li>\n   <li><strong>Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills:</strong> Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li>\n  </ul>\n  <h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Preferred education and experience:</strong> Bachelor's Degree</li>\n   <li><strong>Discipline/Major:</strong> Business or Supply Chain Management preferred.</li>\n   <li><strong>Knowledge, skills & abilities:</strong> Leadership skills. Judgement. Creativity.
