    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Responsible for working in a team environment, or independently to ensure the proper maintenance and condition of Sunriver Resort pool & spa amenities utilizing a variety of tools, equipment, and materials to achieve the highest quality guest experience.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Aquatics Maintenance Tech I will always conduct themselves in manner which supports the Core Values of Sunriver Resort: <em>Trust, Open & Honest Communication, and Commitment. </em>He/She/They shall strive to deliver exceptional service to all internal and external guests at all times. In this role, they are responsible for exemplifying the Sunriver Resort Culture and actively supporting our Vision and Mission to be the destination of choice for our guests, owners, and associates.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This postion will work Sunday to Thursday from 2pm to 10:30pm.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs water quality control testing utilizing standard test kits</li>\n <li>Performs daily vessel maintenance inspection and cleaning</li>\n <li>Completes preventative maintenance tasks and repairs</li>\n <li>Completes all tasks in a safe and efficient manner</li>\n <li>Complies with all Sunriver Resort’s policies, procedures and safety regulations</li>\n <li>Complies with Sunriver Resort’s grooming and uniform policy</li>\n <li>Inspects machinery and mechanical equipment providing detailed reports of conditions</li>\n <li>Ability to complete light plumbing repairs to piping and pumps</li>\n <li>Ability to complete light electrical repairs to pump room equipment</li>\n <li>Maintains overall condition of the pump room spaces</li>\n <li>Performs other work-related duties as directed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Basic electrical and plumbing experience</li>\n <li>Prior aquatic maintenance experience preferred</li>\n <li>Prior hospitality experience preferred</li>\n <li>Prior customer service experience preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to read and understand technical manuals, drawings, and instructions</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>JOB REQUIRMENTS:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have valid Oregon Driver’s license and meet company driving standards</li>\n <li>Must be able to act with a high level of autonomy </li>\n <li>Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions (rain, sleet, ice, snow and heat)</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in a fast paced environment </li>\n <li>Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
