We encourage you to learn more about opportunities with Pioneer Metal Finishing and join our team today!</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>As a <strong>Racker,</strong> you will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Rack, un-rack, and package customer parts according to work orders</p></li>\n <li><p>Safely handle customer products and tooling to prevent damage</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform visual inspections of parts before processing</p></li>\n <li><p>Record production information accurately</p></li>\n <li><p>Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain a clean and organized work area</p></li>\n <li><p>Follow all safety procedures while working around industrial equipment and chemicals</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p>This is a hands-on, fast-paced general labor position in a manufacturing environment — perfect for someone dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>What to Expect on the Job:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs</p></li>\n <li><p>Exposure to heat, noise, and industrial equipment</p></li>\n <li><p>Work around sharp parts, heavy carts, and process lines</p></li>\n <li><p>Use of hearing protection and other safety equipment</p></li>\n <li><p>A team-oriented environment where attitude matters</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p>What we're Looking For:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Entry-level candidates welcome — no prior manufacturing experience required</p></li>\n <li><p>High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to effectively utilize language: speaking, reading, and writing.</p></li>\n <li><p>Must possess effective verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
