    "description": "<h2>About the Role</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Electrician shall serve as CBS's lead on all related electrical preventative maintenance tasks, service calls, and repair initiatives. The Electrician will perform the following:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>General operations, maintenance installation, and repair of electrical systems and components</li>\n <li>Coordinate with specialty sub-contractors to perform high voltage testing and apply trade skills as necessary</li>\n <li>Install, maintain and repair electrical fixtures, equipment, and systems</li>\n <li>Supports Engineers and Utilty Mechanics when they perform certain electrical specific tasks</li>\n <li><p>Must be available to respond to on-site emergencies </p></li>\n <li>Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair complex electrical power distribution systems</li>\n <li>Operate and perform preventative maintenance on complex facility electrical power distribution systems</li>\n <li>Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair complex electrical power distribution systems</li>\n <li>Operate and perform Preventive Maintenance on complex facility electrical power distribution systems.</li>\n <li>Perform Certification testing</li>\n <li>Facility Code Compliance (assure compliance with Federal, State and Local safety and health standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>All Shifts  7am - 3pm, (SUN - THU) or (TUE - SAT) or (FRI - TUE)</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Salary</strong>: $52.70 per hour</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>You Should Have</h2>\n<p>• Possess a Journeyman commercial/industrial license issued by a State or other accredited board.</p>\n<p>• Must possess at least (4) four years of Journeyman Level experience (obtained within the past 7 years) performing inspection, troubleshooting, repairing, operating and performing preventive maintenance on complex electrical power distribution systems</p>\n<p>• Possess accreditation by National Electrical Testing Association (NETA)</p>\n<p>• Demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in Building Operations</p>\n<p>• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills</p>\n<p>• Possess a professional demeanor</p>\n<p>• Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>EOE, including disability/veterans</p>\n<h2>Why You'll Love Working With Us</h2>\n<p>Complete Building Services (CBS) is a company that is dedicated to the operation and maintenance of buildings/facilities in the commercial and government sectors.
